We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Cash.

*No refunds on gift certificates and retail products.

Appointments

We recommend that appointments be made in advance so that we are able to accommodate your specific scheduling requests. However, walk-ins are always welcome. A major credit card is required to hold all appointments.
We reserve the right to deny/cancel a reservation as the need arises.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the high demand of appointments, we require at least 24 hours notice when canceling a treatment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, full charge for no-shows.

Spa Etiquette

  • To maintain the serenity of the space, we kindly ask that you turn your cell phone off upon arrival.
  • Children under 12 are not permitted unless they specifically have an appointment for a treatment.
  • Guests under 18 receiving Spa services (excluding nail services) require parental consent. 
  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment to complete paperwork for facials and body treatments, so treatment can be started promptly. Late arrivals will not be able to receive a time extension and will be charged for full scheduled services.
  • Body Wrap – do not shave for 48 hours prior to treatment.

Safety

  • Certain services are not recommended for guests who are pregnant or those with certain medical conditions or are taking certain medications. Please ask to speak to a technician before scheduling an appointment if you have any concerns.
    – We are unable to perform nail services on clients with contagious health conditions such as: Fungus, Athlete's Foot, or Planters Warts.
    – I understand that I will be charged for the fee of my service in the event that any medical conditions or medications have not been disclosed to the receptionist when scheduling services.
    – These medical conditions or medications could be contraindicating to my services. If I feel any pain or discomfort, I will inform my practicioner immediately.
    We use hospital grade disinfectants at The Spa. The Spa at Intercourse Village follows the state's guidelines for sanitation.

  • Valuables should be left at home. The Spa at Intercourse Village is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Gratuities

If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to each of your technicians.
