Your getaway begins when you arrive at The Inn & Spa at Intercourse Village. The tranquil and spacious atmosphere of this inn and its surrounding landscapes are sure to deliver instant relaxation. You can rest fireside in the parlor, enjoy one of two spacious sitting rooms located on each floor or choose to sit on the porch in the white wicker furnishings while watching the Amish horse and buggies stroll by. For a more peaceful respite, take a short walk to our new “Wedding Gardens” where you will be serenaded by the soft sounds of falling water and classical music while sitting under the gazebo.

Each day during your stay, you will awaken to the smell of fresh baked goods as our chef prepares a five-course gourmet candlelight breakfast served in our formal Victorian dining room. After breakfast, enjoy a stroll through Kitchen Kettle Village and the shops filled with handcrafted quilts and artwork from local artisans.

Later, take a fresh air drive through rolling farmland to Nissley Vineyards & Winery Estate for a self-guided tour and wine tasting. This stone-arch winery is set near an 18th-century mill and a winding creek. Nissley Vineyards, and its companion Winery Estate, are located on 300 acres within the fertile Lancaster Valley viticultural area of western Lancaster County -- an area renowned for its rich, well-drained limestone-based soils.

Pick up your favorite bottle of estate-bottled wine and enjoy your selection as you float above the scenic countryside of Lancaster County in a hot air balloon piloted by a member of the U.S. Hot Air Balloon Team.
