The Thomas II is a custom built 3000 sq ft vacation home with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, a private swimming pool, full of luxury and options. Its elegance is found in every detail of its décor. Warmth and comfort abound with its entreating design that has plenty of room for everyone. Step inside into the soft lights and earth tone colors of the living room that becomes a haven of fellowship for family and friends. The kitchen features custom cabinetry and granite and corian counter tops with full appliances and central island with bar stools.

You’ll find a restful haven with the bedrooms that await you after a day of shopping, adventures, and excitement. The large master bedroom with a wrought iron King-size bed walk in his and her closet and a master bath that includes a large Jacuzzi tub for unwinding after an adventurous day of shopping or taking in the sights. The second bedroom is a country charm delight with two queen beds. The third room is full of pure country bliss with a double bed and twin bunk bed that is perfect for the kids. An additional full bath will accommodate your family needs and make getting out the door to a day of fun an easy one. For those looking for peace and quiet the 4th bedroom is located on the lowest level of the home and shares half of the large finished basement area. If you have additional guests and need more room the Best Western Intercourse is conveniently located 1 block away from property or you could consider renting one of our additional vacation homes which are all located with 2 blocks.

Just Outside

Our spacious patio and deck area with a private 18 x 32 ft heated swimming pool. A large lawn area for throwing footballs, playing tag, or taking in the fresh country air. Sit out back while the children play on our play set or just relax and enjoy the peacefulness of Amish country living.

Convenience is close at hand. This vacation home is conveniently located to Lancaster County attractions and within walking distance to Village of Intercourse. Activities abound since the vacation home is only a couple of blocks to Kitchen Kettle Village, The Old Candle Barn and many more shops and adventures. We are a short drive to Sight and Sounds Millennium Theater. Just a couple of miles up the road are shopping outlets, more theatres, amusement parks, and more. There is much to do in this quaint village.

Weekday Rates: $209.00 – $379.00*

Friday/Saturday Rate: $229.00 – $429.00*

Policies

• Rates are per night (except for weekly rates)

• *Tax rate is 7.1%

• Weekly rates are for 7 days.

• Rate is up to 8 occupants. Each additional person is $20/night. (including children)

• Minimum length of stay — 2 nights.

• Deposit is due at time of booking equal to 1/3rd of your stay.

• No Pets

• No Smoking

• We do not provide - Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Laundry and Dishwasher Detergent.

• Reservation must be secured with a credit card.

• 30 day cancel notice is required to avoid full charges, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.

• Check-in time 3:00pm (if the house is available before 3:00pm you are welcome to check-in early)
